Philadelphia, intends to acquire, through unrestricted full and open competition, the following services to be performed at the Naval Weapons Station Earle, Colts Neck, NJ 07722. The requirement will be divided into two (2) Lots. Lot I is a requirement for approximately 1 EA. LIFEGUARD/MANAGER & 4 EA. LIFEGUARDS TO MONITOR THE THREE (3) SWIMMING POOLS at NWS Earle, and 2 EA. TICKET SELLERS TO SELL TICKETS AT THE POOLS. The period of performance for the Lifeguard and Ticket Seller Services is from 22 May through 09 September 1995; Lot II IS A REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY PERSONNEL, SUPERVISION, MANAGEMENT AND COUNSELOR SERVICES REQUIRED TO SUPPORT THE RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES OF THE CAMP SUNNY DAZE DAY CAMP PROGRAM at the Naval Weapons Station. The period of performance for the Day Camp Services is from 19 June through 25 August 1995. All services are to be provided in accordance with the Statement Of Work which will be included in the RFP. A Firm Fixed Price Service Contract is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the FISC Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia, PA. The solicitation may require the submission of a Technical Proposal in a addition to the Price Proposal.
