The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, supervision and travel required to perform preventative and emergency remedial maintenance on a Class A Electronic Security System located at the Dahlgren Division of the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren, Virginia. The system consists of approximately 500 zones. System OEMs include Card Key, International Research Associates, Inc., Secur-Data Systems, Inc., Simplex, Systems Design Integration, and Wells Fargo. Types of equipment include motion and vibration detectors, balanced magnetic switches, card readers/keypads and synergistics card readers. This effort will also include diagnostic software for Card Key and Systems Design Integration equipment. Maintenance services are required on a 24 hour, seven days-a-week basis with a two hour response time.
