The U.S. Army Aviation & Troop Command (ATCOM) will be hosting an open forum on Monday, March 27, 1995, at 1:30 p.m. to afford industry the opportunity to share suggestions and comments for providing Contracted Advisory and Assistance Services for this Command and PEO, Aviation. This is not a Presolicitation Conference, nor a question and answer session. The Government wishes to gather and consider other successful and innovative ideas as well as industry's ``lessons learned'' in developing our acquisition strategy for the anticipated recompetition of the Programmatic and Technical Support (PATS) Services Program. No minutes will be provided. We encourage anyone interested in participating in a new PATS competition to attend and share their ideas.
