The Internal Revneue Service (IRS) requires the service of an America Bar Association accredited law school with an existing Masters of Law in Taxation program to develop, adminster, and instruct on hundred sixty hours of graduate level tax law courses per fiscal year. The term of the contract shall be 01 October, 1995 through 30 September, 1995 with four one-year optional periods. Course shall be held in Government provided facilities in the Washington Metropolitan area. The proposed release date for the aforementioned requirement shall be 27 March, 1995.
