Freight carriers must be approved to participate in the Automated Rate Filing & Retrieval System (ARFARS) in order to submit a rate offer for the identified USPS traffic. Rate offers must be transmitted electronically via the File Transfer Protocol of the Internet (I-FT) and NO paper rate offers will be accepted.
