The principal components of the work include: Performing all earthwork; furnishing and installing pipelines, including threust blocks; constructing concrete foundations; designing, furnishing, and erecting complete, a preengineered metal building; providing a water treatment systems which shall include: (1) designing, furnishing, and installing one water treatment unit; (2) furnishing and installing flowmeters; (3) designing, furnishing, and installing water storage and water pressure tanks; (4) designing, furnishing, and installing drainage system; (5) designing, furnishing, and installing piping systems; (6) furnishing and installing ventilators and louvers; (7) furnishing and installing heater; (8) furnishing and installing pumps; (9) testing the water system; (10) designing, furnishing, and installing a post disinfectant and feed system; and (11) testing and maintaining potable water systems for 2 years; installing an electrical system which shall include: (1) designing, furnishing, and installing an electrical distribution system which shall include a 480/277-volt, 3-phase Motor Control Center (MCC), a 120/208-volt, 3-phase distribution panel and associated equipment necessary to make the system operational; (2) extending the existing fire alarm and communication systems, to connect the Water Treatment Building into the existing systems and make this addition operational as required; and (3) testing the electrical, fire alarm, and communication systems. All sources rsponding to this synopsis shall submit information relating to business status, including as to whether small, large, minority-owned, and/or woman-owned. This acquisition is an unrestricted procurement. The small business size standard for a concern, including its affiliates, is not to exceed $17 million in average annual receipts for its preceding 3 fiscal years.
