This requirement is to provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, services, transportation and supervision necessary to revise the raw water intake structure pump recycle at both the Bryan Mound and West Hackberry Strategic Petroleum Storage sites. There are separate SOWs for each site. Both SOWs require the complete demolition, removal, fabrication, installation, cleaning, testing and painting of all piping, support foundations, structural steel, electrical items, instrumentation, wiring, conduit, duct banks, and all related accessories and miscellaneous items to accomplish the construction of a new recycle line that includes a new automatic flow and pressure control valve, and Government-furnished pressure transmitter and flow meter. The SOW for West Hackberry also includes the installation of pipe piles and an exit diffuser in the Intercoastal Waterway and the installation of a new 42-inch knife gate valve in the 42-inch pipeline upstream of the new recycle line tie-in point. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. SOL will be issued on or about April 4, 1995. A non-refundable deposit of $60.00 per set of plans and specifications is required.
