Work shall include 35 new units and supporting recreational facilities (Community Center, playground, recreation fields, tennis/basketball court). Sitework consists of the demolition of 35 existing one-story units and two-story community center, including underground fuel oil storage tanks and appurtenances, and all design and construction of streets and drives, curbs and gutters, street and house walks, utility distribution systems and service lines, street lights, traffic signage, rough and finish grading, and surface and underground storm drainage on approximately 11 acres. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The duration of the contract, including design and construction, is approximately 730 calendar days.
