Repair of building leaks includes excavation of earth fill, installation of waterproof membranes and metal flashings, site grading, and replacement of existing concrete slabs. Asbestos and lead paint abatement are required. Asbestos and membrane roofing competency submittals will be required at request of government. Any contractor or subcontractor performing asbestos or other hazaZduus material work shall satisfy special responsibility and shall provide bodily injury liability insurance coverage written on the comprehensive form of the policy of at least $500,000 per occurrence.
