16 -- SPARE AND REPAIR PARTS FOR THE PIONEER RPV POC Contact, Frank Fisher, Phone (703)604-0903 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a fixed price order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-95-G-0122, on a sole source basis, to Pioneer UAV, Inc., 9 Schilling Road, Hunt Valley, MD 21030 for spare and repair parts for the Pioneer Remotely Piloted Vehicle (RPV). The Government does not own the data/drawing package for the Pioneer RPV and therefore is unable to competitively procure the spare and repair parts. Pioneer UAV, Inc. is the sole supplier of the Pioneer RPV and is the only source capable of providing the spare and repair parts in the time frame required. No solicitation is available.
