Rosenberry, (317)351-4626, Additional Contact, FACSIMILE, (317)353-3066 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Indianapolis, Indiana intends to contract with Metric Systems Corporation, 645 Anchors Street, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548-9990 on a sole source basis for the design, qualification, and production of new test adapters to be used with the A/E37T-35 Test Set. These test adapters must be able to test the following requirements: (1) F-14A Sparrow Adapter Assembly (P/N A51B25001-29, 51, and 59) and F-14A Sidewinder Adapter (P/N A51A20640); (2) ADU-703 (P/N 3114AS100); (3) LAU-132 (P/N 31999000-1); (4) F-14D Weapons Rail (P/N 1906AS100-1); and (5) P-3 Standardization Pylon (P/N 972923), Harpoon Wing Launcher (P/N 962605), Universal Wing Pylon (P/N 925838), Basic Pylon (P/N 925838), and Basic Pylon with Ready Safe (P/N 925838). Authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Metric Systems Corporation is the prime contractor for the A/E37T-35 Test Set and is the only source with the requisite knowledge of the test set functions to fulfill this requirement.
