The vehicle needs to be large enough to transport earth station 21, a Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT), to many U.S. destinations and demonstrate ACTS technologies to the public and industry. Operations will be conducted in and around the van as well as away from the van. This specialized van will be used in operations until the year 1999.
