BAKER Phone: (615) 751-7249 TVA intends to purchase the following goods or services by Competitive Negotiation: Maintenance of hardware and software for TVA-owned Wang office automation systems at approx. 100 sites located throughout the 7-state Tennessee valley region, plus TVA's office in Washington, D.C. Options will include provisions for remedial and preventive maintenance of hardware and/or VS 0S software to be performed (1) at TVA's site during normal business hours with 4 or 8-hour response times depending on location, (2) on a time and material basis, or (3) a combination thereof. Equipment and software includes Wang VS mini-computers, (approx. 2500 workstations attached to approx. 99 Wang VS processors) disk storage devices, workstations, laser printers, and software. Term of contract will be for 1 year with options for 2 additional 1-year extensions. Solicitation will issue 15 days after date of CBD publication. Technical data will be furnished with solicitation.
