This action is a notice of intention to place a delivery order against a GSA authroized ADP nonmandatory schedule, FSC Group 70, Part I, Section A, General Purpose ADP Software, FSC Class 7030. BMDO indends to place this delivery order against GSA Contract Number GS00K94AGS6269, with Softmart, Inc. Delivery of all items will be required thirty days ARO. The following six line items are required: (a) Microsoft Access V2.0 Competitive Upgrade for Windows (disks), quantity one (1) each; (b) Microsoft Access V2.0 MLP Upgrade (license only), quantity eighty-nine(89) each; (c) Microsoft Office Professional with Access V4.3 MVLP (license only), quantity three hundred and ten (310) each; (d) Microsoft Mail Server V3.2 (disks), quantity seven (7) each; (e) Microsoft Mail Additional Packages V3.2 MVLP, quantity one hundred and fifteen (115) each; and (f) Microsoft Schedule Plus Additional Pack V1.0 MVLP, quantity five hundred and fifteen (515) each. Request all prospective contractors submit their technical capabilities and pricing information to the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization, 7100 Defense Pentagon, BMDO/DCT, ATTN: Karen H. Reuter, Washington, D.C. 20301-7100 within 15 days of publication of this notice in the CBD. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation (0069)
