It is now also coded as Natural Resources... Potential offerors must have recent and in-depth knowledge of fossil fuel exploration. Services include but are not limited to acquisition of drilling equipment and supplies for Russian drill rigs, acquisition and delivery of consumable supplies and fuel, rental of heavy equipment such as a bulldozer and a backhoe, living quarters, office facilities and telephone services, hiring field and office staff. Travel to different parts of Armenia and/or Russia to seek best sources for drilling rig spare parts and accessory drilling equipment and other equipment needed. Fluency in English and Armenian or English and Russian required. Familiarity with local custom, procurement practices, border restrictions, taxes, regulations, clearances, travel and shipment regulations required.
