Provide all labor, material and equipment necessary for the Fabrication of Turbine Inlet Screen Assemblies for the USCGC Dallas (WMEC-716). This work will be performed concurrently with the Summer Drydocking of CGC Dallas. The contractor shall be responsible for inspecting and taking measurements of the turbine inlet screen assemblies currently in place. The measurements recorded shall be used for fabrication of the new set of screen assemblies. The Coast Guard requires a total of forty (40) monel 24 -inch by 24-inch by 4-inch inlet screens, and a total of four (4) monel 36-inch by 24-inch by 4-inch inlet screens, using the measurements recorded from the original turbine inlet screen assemblies. The contractor shall ship the new screens to the vessel's hompier--USCGC Dallas's hompier is Governors Island, NY--USCGC Dallas's Availability schedule is 22 May 1995--The proposed contract listed here is open to small businesses only--Plans and specifications will be issued on or after 27 March 1995--All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard.
