Contractor will be responsible for performing calibration accuracy on all boiler instrument and controls once a month plus any normal duty hours or emergency nonduty hours repairs as required. The system currently operational is a Bailey System Network 90. A firm fixed price requirements contract will be negotiated as a sole source with Bailey Controls Company, Pleasanton, CA.
