M -- FACILITIES OPERATIONS SUPPORT SERVICES SOL DEA-95-R-0003 DUE 033195 POC Michele Glavich, Contracting Officer (202) 307-0430 The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the acquisition of full facilities operation, maintenance and related operational support services for the DEA-owned Alliance airport facility (Aviation Operations Center) located at 2300 Horizon Drive, Fort Worth, Texas. The area to be maintained is within a 12 acre site including a building structure comprised of 83,400 square foot hangar. The hangar is comprised of 29,063 square feet of shops and support space on the first floor; 30,767 square feet of general office space on the second floor; a 266 square foot guard house; and a 1,732 square foot pump house. The site includes approximately 250,000 square feet of roads, aprons, and parking areas as well as the equipment associated with these areas (such as lights, fences, curbs, storm drains and fire hydrants). Specific security requirements for contractor personnel must be met. The contemplated contract is for a base year with four one (1) year option periods. After the base year, the government may exercise its rights for the next option period, or any portion thereof. Request for proposals will be issued on or about April 3, 1995.
