The contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor, materials, transportation, general and specialized equipment and clothing necessary to manage, operate and maintain, physical plants and distribution systems for water sewerage, waste, electrical, heating, steam and hot water, maintenance of air conditioning, buildings, equipment, grounds, structures and roadways, pest control services, tree and shrub maintenance and replacement. Services will be performed at the Military Ocean Terminal, Sunny Point, Southport, North Carolina in accordance with all terms, conditions, general and specialized provisions, specifications and drawins, documents, technical exhibits and attachments contained herein or incorporated by reference.
