York VA Medical Center, Primary Care Clinic, located at Arnold Air Force Station, Coffee County, Tennessee, for the period May 15, 1995 through February 17, 1996. Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner must have medical background in treatment of patients in the age group 2 years to adult and must have experience in providing patient and family education. A contractor's employee must be present at the VA Primary Care Center and performing required services for the period specified in the contract. A record keeping system for contractor hours will be established. Payment for sick leave, holidays or vacation time are the responsibility of the contractor.
