R -- SERVICER FOR SINGLE FAMILY MORTGAGE LOAN, COLLATERALIZING RTC MBS (SERIES 1995-2) SOL 700-95-0003 DUE 032895 POC Contact Point, Booker Weaver, (202)416-4659 The Resolution Trust Corporation is seeking qualified contractors to provide Servicing for 1-4 Family Mortgage Loans. A pool of performing 1-4 Family Mortgage Loans (the ''Mortgage Loans'') from multiple conservatorships and receiverships will be securitized into residential mortgage through certificates (the ''Certificates'') and lead-managed by an underwriter. The Certificates will be issued in a series designated as RTC Residential Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 1995-2 (''Series 1995-2''). The Series 1995-2 Certificates will be issued publicly in the U.S. either through a discrete (non-shelf) registration statement or off of a shelf registration to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Series 1995-2 transaction is expected to close in June 1995. It is expected that one or more classes of Series 1995-2 Certificates will be rated ''AAA'' or its equivalent by one or more of the rating agencies. Reserve funds will likely support the senior Certificates and one or more classes of subordinate Certificates. It is expected that the subordinate classes will be rated at lease ''BBB'' or its equivalent. Because the Certificates will be rated by one or more credit rating agencies, the Servicer must be approved by the rating agencies. The Servicer's duties will include, but not be limited to, collecting loan payments and related recoveries, initiating foreclosure actions, remitting proceeds to a trustee, maintaining hazard and flood insurance, reporting, accounting, record keeping, and maintaining escrow accounts for taxes and insurance. The Servicer will also be responsible, either directly or through subcontractors, for managing and disposing of any REO properties owned by the trust fund. It is the intent of the RTC to establish a solicitation mailing list after reviewing and evaluating the preliminary requirements indicated in this advertisement. Responses to this advertisement shall be in the form of a corporate resume as outlined below. The RTC will distribute a Solicitation of Services (SOS) to all firms deemed responsive to this advertisement, inviting them to submit a proposal for evaluation. RTC expects all Offerors to utilize Minority-and Women-Owned Businesses (MWOBs) to the maximum extent possible. Firms qualifying as MWOBs, Joint Ventures with MWOB participant(s), or subcontracting with MWOB firm(s) will be given bonus consideration.
