This will be a comprehensive guide with 50 to 70 pages, 8 1/2 by 11 inch format, and full color cover and photos throughout. It will describe and list services facilities available at all Air Force bases such as retail sales, dining, skills (arts and crafts) development, fitness, sports and leisure time recreation to include local entertainment, tickets, and travel information. Initial run of approximately 40,000 copies will be distributed to official travelers, retirees and vacationing families. Sponsors will be provided with prominently placed recognitiion pages (full color optional) in guide, recognition on guide displays at Services and Exchange facilities, mention in multiple direct mailings, and recognition in media releases. Guide will be corss marketed in all Services facilities. Publicity and sponsorship recognition will reach base-wide audiences and over 2 million readers of base newspapers, retiree newsletters, Air Force Times and Airman Magazine. All offers submitted will be considered. More than one sponsor may be used and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be mailed within 10 commercial sponsorship by a Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentality of the United States Government.
