The U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration, Federal School-to-Work Team seeks to identify a cadre of proven experts (individuals, organizations or consortia of organizations) capable of providing high quality technical assistance to School-to-work Implementation Grant States. The cadre will represent a broad spectrum of the nation's best school-to-work transition expertise and will serve as a menu of assistance available to State Implementation Grantees. No contract, cooperative agreement, grant or other financial arrangements results from selection to the cadre, unless a State line of credit user (Grantee) chooses to instruct the School-to-Work Learning Center to secure services on its behalf. Interested parties must submit a written request for this Request for Information which will available approximately 15 days after date of publication on a first come, first-served basis, while supply lasts. Requests must cite RFI-DAA-95-24 and must include two (2) self-addressed, gummed labels. Telephone requests will not be honored. Closing date for receipt of applications is April 28, 1995.
