Develop Joint Services Endgame Model (JSEM) vulnerability datasets for the B-2 aircraft. Data from FASTGEN 4 and COVART 4 runs, available from the Government, shall be included to produce the JSEM B-2 vulnerability datasets. Data results along with additional documents and reports shall represent the current configuration of the B-2 production baseline aircraft. The datasets shall effectively characterize component, system, and overall vulnerability of the B-2 aircraft. The datasets shall be compatible with JSEM version 2.2. Tasks shall include but not limited to creating shielded Pk/h tables, component description datasets, a fault tree, blast datasets, direct hit datasets, target fuze detection lines, and testing. The Government will provide the B-2 input and output data for the FASTGEN 4, COVART 4, and a copy of the Joint Services Endgame Model (JSEM). Firms must also be able to obtain a Secret security clearance. Submit response in writing within 15 days of publication in this issue of the Commerce Business Daily.
