These activities are needed for internal decisions, preparation of reports for public release, for issuance of public statements, etc. The analyses will require inputs from entomologists, plant scientists, biologists, statisticians, biostatisticians, agricultural economists, and economists, as well as individuals with first hand knowledge of pesticide usage and pest control technology and practices. The period of performance will be a 12 month base period, beginning on or about 09/01/95, with four 1 year options for an estimated 13,500 hours. It is anticipated that the type of contract will be cost plus fixed fee. The applicable SIC code is 8748, with a size standard of $3.5M. See Note 1.
