R -- SUPPORT FOR OFFICE OF PESTICIDE PROGRAMS (OPP) REGULATORY DEVELOPMENT SOL W500470B1 DUE 050595 POC Contact Point, Linda Jordan, (202)260-9690 The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking a contractor to provide a wide range of regulatory impact and risk/benefit analyses to support development of regulations associated with agricultural pesticides. These analyses will require input from entomologists, plant scientists, biologists, statisticians, biostatisticians, agricultural economists, and economists, as well as individuals with first hand knowledge of pesticide usage and pest control technology and practices. The period of performance will be a 12-month base period, beginning on or about 9/01/95, with four 1-year options for an estimated 45,000 hours.
