Contractor shall maintain record log of all runs to include start and completion times, departure and arrival points, number of passengers carried and any unusual events. Contractor to provide 40 foot, 30 passenger craft with 20 knots top speed and cabin protected from the elements. Vessel/Operators shall be U.S. Coast Guard certified for passenger transportation. Vessel/Operator certifications shall be provided to Port Operations, Naval Station Pearl Harbor for clearance and entry into Pearl Harbor. Services shall be accomplished in accordance with predetermined week day and week end schedule. Period of performance will be one 4-month base period (1 Jun 95 through 30 Sep 95), two 12-month option periods and includes FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services.
