This is a presolicitation notice for the following project: contractor is required to provide all material, equipment, supplies, supervision, etc necessary for the construction of a 24' x 72' greenhouse structure to be constructed adjacent to an existing headhouse at the USDA, Agricultural Research Service in Kimberly, Idaho. The building will be divided into two bays and will include a concrete floor with drain system, 8MM polycarbonate covering, two automatic ridge vents, gutter with condensate removal system and downspout fittings, two evaporative cooling systems including sump tanks and flashing, four exhaust fans, two hot water unit heaters, environmental control systems complete, including water and electrical utility connections. Site clearing and grading shall be required. Invitation for bid no. 16-91H2-95 will be available on or about March 22, 1995. The estimated cost range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
