Erect a metal building to house a water treatment plant. Install water and electric lines to service the above buildings and camp sites. Construct a sewage lagoon for the shower/toilet building and fee station, and a trailer sanitary dump station. Estimated cost range of the project is from $500,000 to $1,000,000. An advanced non-refundable fee of $25.00 (half-size) and $50.00 (full-size) is required for each set of specifications.
