Work involves providing additional cooling capability for two 250-person dormitory buildings by adding an auxiliary chiller and replacing existing chiller in third dorm. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. Magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The performance period for this project is approximately 180 days. The SIC code for this project is 1711. This action is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify our office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible, but not later than 28 Mar 95. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small, socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds, and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this magnitude.
