The Commerce Business Daily advertisements of February 28, 1995 and March 3, 1995, concerning Life Safety Upgrade for Buildings 320, 419, 636 and 638 at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center are hereby MODIFIED as follows. The above advertisments DID READ: Protex Special Systems of Westminster, CO is the only Colorado company authorized by Notifier to install, test and program Notifier fire detection and reporting systems. Therefore, the prime contractor will be required to subcontract with Protex for furnishing, installing, testing and programming the new fire detection and reporting system. Advertisements are MODIFIED TO READ: The contractor or subcontractor responsible for installing, testing and programming the new Notifier fire detection and reporting system must have ESD Level A NESCO authorization from the system manufacturer, Notifier, to act as a distributor and installer for Notifier equipment in the Denver metro area. Bidders will be required to include written documentation of the fire detection contractor/subcontractor's ESD Level A NESCO authorization by Notifier WITH THEIR BIDS.
