Elements of work include furnishing supervision, equipment, materials, labor and transportation required to repair and replace underground fuel storage tanks at the Naval Weapons Station, Concord, CA. The project will include Demolition, removal of underground fuel storage tanks, removal of contaminated soil, instatllation of site work, installation of asphalt concrete and concrete pavements, concrete tank slabs, above ground double contained steel in steel fuel tanks (diesel), fuel oil piping, fuel gas piping, ventilation, electrical and incidental related work. Tentative issue date of solicitation 28 Mar 1995 with a bid opening date of 2 May 1995. Only written request for plans and specifications will be honored.
