Secret Service intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis with Cadillac World Headquarters, 3009 Van Dyke Building 2-6, Warren, MI, for the purchase of four (4) 1996 Cadillac Fleetwood vehicles with a B05 Armor Package, and a Riz 454 Engine and Transmission Package. Option for four (4) additional vehicles will be included in RFP. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Companies must submit information identifying their capability to supply required vehicles. This information will be considered only if clear and convincing documentation, including technical and pricing information, is received by this office within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice.
