SP4400-95-R-0013 will be issued after small busniess administration (SBA) approval. The Solicitation should be requested as soon as possible. This task will be a requirements contract for A period of eighteen (18) months with two (2) Twelve (12) month options. Performance will be requested by issuance of delivery orders against the basic contract. Special qualifications; prospective contractors or subcontractors must be able to meet all Federal, state and local Laws, ordinances and regulations governing removal, transportation and disposal of hazardous waste materials and environmental protection.
