Service calls for the conversion or retrofitting of three YORK centrifugal chillers from R-11 to HCFC-123 refrigerant operation by or under the supervision of a YORK representative. The conversion shall be an ''Engineered Conversion'' in consultation with the equipment manufacturer to ascertain a proper conversion. Mechanical room upgrades for converted equipment shall be in accordance with the recommendations of ASHRAE-15 mechanical room guidelines. Removal and storage of existing R-11 refrigerant shall be in accordance with the South Coast Air Quality Management District/Environmental Protection Agency (SCAQMD/EPA) approved recovery equipment.
