Services to be provided include physical examinations, immunizations, occupational health consultations, and emergency and preventative medical care. Additional services may include but are not limited to reviews of Workmen's Compensation cases, presentation of health topic seminars, and preparation of articles for local IRS publications. The Austin Service/Compliance Centers have health units with staff nurses at two locations. Contractor will be required to commit to approximately 650 hours per year based on an hourly fee for services. The IRS anticipates award of a firm, fixed-price contract for a base period beginning on or about July 1, 1995, and extending through September 30, 1995, with four option years and a fifth optional period for a total of 60 months. The RFP will be issued on or about March 28, 1995. See Numbered Note 1. The applicable SIC is 8011. Interested concerns, including any affiliates, may have average annual receipts of not more than $5 million for each of the preceding three fiscal years.
