Dept. of Housing & Urban Development is seeking the services of a contractor(s) for the review of of single family closing packages submitted by the mortgagee to determine if the mortgage is insurable and a Mortgage Insurance Certificate can be issued. All work must be performed in HUD's Newark, NJ field office during HUD's business hours. Contractor must have the capacity to perform a minimum of 100 reviews per week. Maximum number of reviews is 12000 per year. Contract is for one year with two one-year options to renew. HUD reserves the right to make multiple contract awards.
