Sale of marked pine timber and pine pulpwood trees in Timber Record Units 1 and 2 (unit total approximately 62 acres) on East Reservation, Barksdale Air Force Base LA 71110. There are approximately 630,066 pine timber trees containing an estimated 857,508 board feet International Scale or 630,066 board feet Doyle Scale (Form Class 80) and 51.5 pine pulpwood trees containing an estimated 51.5 cords. No hardwood trees are to be cut. Cutting to begin immediately with 90 days to complete removal after contract is awarded. Timber harvesting will not be allowed during the 14-day annual gun deer hunting season for Barksdale Air Force Base. Anticipated issue date is 95 March 23, anticipated opening date 95 April 24. A 20 percent bid deposit will be required. This agency will consider bids from all responsible sources. (072)
