The 55th Wing/OLGS anticipates a requirement for custodial services for Bldg 1217, Kittyhawk Center, WPAFB OH. The facility (approximately 17,000 square feet) is comprised of lodging quarters for which general cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and linen exchange services are required. The requirement is characterized by a continuous minimal level of services, with frequent short-term periods of surge effort required. Contract start date is anticipated for 01 Oct 91. Performance of these custodial services requires contractor to possess a facility security clearance at the classification level of secret. A favorable national agency check (NAC) investigation must be obtained for all contractor employees requiring access to the government work area.
