Total floor area is approximately 118,800 square feet. The estimated construction cost is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. This is a firm-fixed price contract. The proposed contract is UNRESTRICTED. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1522 and the related small business standard is $17,000,000.00. Contract duration is 655 days.
