The demolition consists of a four story reinforced concrete and masonry main hospital building No. 1 and, a one story ten car garage. The scope of the demolition work will include the disposal of all unsuitable fill material. The asbestos and lead abatement work will be done in building No. 1 prior to the demolition. The site utilities include the removal of all utilities that have been abandoned as a result of the demolition projects. In addition there will be new site lighting, water and stormwater lines associated with the new paving.
