The dredge and snagging equipment will be used to make or enlarge dredge cuts, remove snags, construct fills and dredge in various restricted channels on the White River between Mile 10 and Mile 260. This procurement will be a 100% small business set aside. For the purpose of this procurement, to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominant in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $13.5 million or other criteria as prescribed by the Small Business Administration.
