The work includes providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision needed for preparation, priming, varnishing, staining, painting, and lead abatement operations for interior and exterior surfaces of various Naval Complex buildings, and incidental related work at various Naval Complexes in greater San Diego, CA. The contract price is estimated to be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. It is a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration period is 365 calendar days. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. Plans and specs and/or planholders list will not be mailed to firms within a 20 mile radius of Navy Plan Issue, Southwest Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, 1220 Pacific Highway, Building 132, San Diego, California 92132-5190, however, may be obtained in person 9:30 am to 4:00 pm P.S.T., Monday through Friday, and closed Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal holiday; or by mail by writing to the address of Navy Plan Issue stated above, until supply exhausted.
