Presolicitation Notice: Presolicitation information is requested for project to empty, remove, triple rinse and dispose of two 500 gallon fuel tanks, including testing, remediating and replacing surrounding soil as needed, and incidental related work. The Standard Industrial Code for this project is 1799; the small business size standard is $7.0 million. The estimated cost range of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Anticipated performance time is 150 calendar days. Plans and specifications are anticipated to be available on or about 28 April 1995, until supply is exhausted. The proposed solicitation listed here is being considered for 100% small disadvantaged business (SDB) set-aside firm-fixed price contract. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible but not later than 31 March 1995, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting office above in writing the following: evidence of capability to perform, including name and telephone number of references on similar type projects performed in the last three years; a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern; and company's single project and aggregate bonding capability.
