Work involves one or two coats of various types of paint on various surfaces; surface preparation, replacement of deteriorated surfaces and structural lumber, and lead paint removal and disposal from various surfaces, to include sample analysis (collection and laboratory analysis of paint to determine lead content), soil sample testing prior to and after work completion, and lead paint chips removal. Location: Miscellaneous buildings and family housing quarters at various military installations on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Period of performance is 1 July 1995 through 30 June 1996 with one prepriced option period. The proposed contract listed here is a 100% small disadvantaged business set-aside.
