The materials required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of system will satisfy these requirements. The proposed contract action is for items for which CSC intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested persons have 15 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualifications/capabilities (i.e. technical specifications, brochures, and price lists) in the areas of proprietary hardware and software. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competition basis.
