EFFECTIVE 1 OCTOBER 1994, ALL SOLICITATIONS ISSUED FROM Ft MONMOUTH FOR ACQUISITIONS OVER THE SMALL PURCHASE THRESHOLD WILL Be SOLICITED VIA THE EBB. AS OF 1 JANUARY 1995, HARD COPIES WILL NO LONGER BE DISTRIBUTED. (Exceptions are Post, Camp and Station Acquisitions). All interested parties wishing to do business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive data from the CECOM EBB system.
