The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award a sole source contract to Peregrine Systems, Inc, 1959 Palomar Oaks Way, Carlsbad, CA 92009, for the continued software upgrade maintenance of Peregrine Network Management System (PNMS) on the OCC's MVS operating system. The Peregrine product is a commercial database management system (DBMS) customized for OCC problem management, telecommunications hardware inventory control, technical library inventory control, and resource tasking request (RTR) tracking. The OCC plans to award a five (5) year contract (one plus four options) for maintenance through calendar year 1999.
