support of the Pentagon Renovation and Planning Office, Office of the
Secretary of Defense (OSD), the Defense Supply Service ) Washington is
seeking local small, small women)owned, and small/disadvantaged
business firms in the National Capital Region, capable of providing the
following services and/or supplies on an as needed, expedited basis.
This is a request for information only. We will appreciate your
response to this survey at your earliest convenience, but no later than
one (1) month from receipt of this request. Based on your response, we
may contact your firm for further information or marketing material.
Please submit your interest with information on your firm's
capabilities to Ms. Frances Meckel, Sr. Contract Specialist, Defense
Supply Service ) Washington (DSS)W),Trefurbishment ofoffice equipment
and system/ modular office furniture, either in the Pentagon or various
office locations within a ten)mile radius of the Pentagon. The
requirements are anticipated to be on a recurring basis, for an
indefinite period of time, and may involve from one (1) to thirty (30)
system/ modular workstations. The potential contractor must be
available for work on short notice, that is, capable of 'turn)around'
time within three (3) working days. Requests for quotes will usually
necessitate performing a site survey with at least eight (8) hours'
telephonic notification. The estimated dollar amount for each
