Hurd, Contracting Officer The National Institute on Drug Abuse is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations having in-house capabilities to support the Institute's Cocaine Treatment Development Program's operations by performing the following services; compound identification, compound acquisition, distribution of study reports, management of compound tracking and compoound database systems. Estimated issuance date of RFP No. N01DA-5-8057 is April 3, 1995 and responses are due to be received in the Contracting Office 60 calendar days thereafter. Written requests for copies of solicitations will be honored if received within twenty calendar days after issuance of the solicitation. Written requests received after this period will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis until the supply is exhausted; however, there is no assurance that copies requested after the twentieth day will reach the requestor before the due date for receipt of responses. The Government reserves the right to make more than one award or no award at all in response to this RFP. Moreover, the RFP may be amended or canceled if determined to be in the best interest of the Government.
